Our alpine Chalets

Rustic chalets in a cozy location with panoramic views. A must for every nature lover!

On the Carinthian side of the Turracherhöhe, where the steepest part of the old federal road led up the mountain, our alpine huts are somewhat hidden in the forest. The old road was removed a long time ago and today only the 60 bend in front of our pasture grid reminds us of it. In grandmother's time, the chalets were intended for the dairymaid who looked after the grazing cattle in the summer. We have lovingly preserved and renovated it to this day. The Petra hut is equipped with a shower and toilet. For the Stephan Hütte and the Lucas Stadl there is a sanitary hut with separate entrances, shower and toilet. (!!Linens are provided, Towels you have do bring with you!!) The outdoor area of ​​the huts offers you a barbecue, dining table and sun loungers. You can book the Lucas Stadl in addition to one of the two alpine chalets and sit comfortably together in our alpine lounge next to the sanitary chalet. In our main building, all our guests can use the lounge with free WiFi, TV and drinks machines. Upon request and availability, you are welcome to book a private sauna evening there.
